We use TrustRadius for Vendors to gather customer reviews, allowing us to gather customer quotes for social proof, and also, learn more about the areas in which we may be lacking, and can therefore, improve upon to make our products better and our customers' and prospects' experience more optimal.

The review forms are very complex providing us useful insights on use cases, deployments, ROI, and challenges customers are facing.   • TrustRadius does the heavy lifting to gather the reviews - they take our lists, scrub them, and manage the campaign to reach out for the reviews. We just watch for the reviews to come in!
  • TrustRadius is diligent to ensure we get the most value from our partnership. They hold regular meetings with me and also with our team (including our CMO) and offer assistance to keep us on track and to ensure we're meeting our goals.
  • We've really been able to grow our library of customer quotes, identify new customer references, and gather competitive information through our reviews and they've been a great help to our marketing efforts.
  • The hardest part of working with TrustRadius is just not being able to keep up with them! They're always ready and anxious to move forward. It's taken a while for our teams to catch the vision and get on board, but now that we are, we're appreciating the results and are better able to justify the investment.
We work with very large and well-recognized brands who are not always able to participate in public customer advocacy activities. TrustRadius reviews are a great way to get our customers to provide honest feedback because TrustRadius is an independent vendor. I think customers are more receptive to rewards and incentives from an independent vendor rather than from us directly. If we were to offer rewards and incentives, they might feel more pressured to give only positive feedback and then may be less likely to provide a review at all.

We are using TrustRadius for Vendors primarily for review sourcing and amplification. Our goal is to meet a certain number of reviews on the TrustRadius platform. We are also using the badges such as Best of TrustRadius awards on our customer-facing pages and assets to showcase our brand and use it in competitor displacement activities.

It has positively impacted our marketing and sales team's KPIs and goals as product reviews influence the sales pipeline. Our partnership with TrustRadius for Vendors has allowed me to be more effective in my role as they make it easy to source reviews through the creation of review landing pages, incentive offers, and live events review campaigns.

TrustRadius for Vendors is great for collecting product reviews, but it can often be a challenge trying to drive reviews to TrustRadius if your organization is also driving reviews to the other review sites like G2 and Gartner Peer Insights. It depends on the organization and which review site they want to prioritize. Overall, TrustRadius for Vendors is easy to use and is a pretty standard product review site. The team is great too and I prefer working with them over other 3rd party review site vendors, especially G2.

We collect reviews from customers via TrustRadius for Vendors to get a better understanding of how our customers feel about our products. Our team has found that the reviews we collect here are usually much more detailed and honestly better than any other review site. Additionally, our sales team utilizes the Chrome extension tool so they can easily pull quotes to share with customers/prospects. We also use TrustRadius for Vendors' data in our ad efforts. This information has been extremely helpful when it comes to hitting our numbers and garnering leads.

We pay for subscriptions for some of our select products. We mainly use the platform to source reviews from our customers through email campaigns (which TrustRadius executes for us) and through other channels that we manage. Our main goal is to rank highly among competitors in each of our key markets and to maintain an overall great rating for each of our products with quality reviews that influence the purchasing decisions of prospective buyers. We also leverage review content & recognition on our social channels.

This is a great platform and is among the most popular/highly regarded in the B2B tech peer review space. Sometimes it is more difficult to garner reviews on this site, because the default review form is longer than competitors', but this also results in high-quality review content in comparison. We pay for subscriptions for several of our products and our team at TrustRadius is extremely accommodating. They go above and beyond and are always innovating new ways for us to grow our presence on the site. I also like their recognition program, as it makes it easy to demonstrate our success on the site to leadership and to our customers/prospects.

Our Marketing team uses TrustRadius for Vendors to showcase unbiased customer reviews, capture product demand, and leverage intent data around our category and competitors. The TrustRadius team has been very hands-on and supportive as we've worked to make the most of our investment. I'm very excited by some of the latest feature releases, including the option to have a demo form on our profile page. This is important to help us attribute pipeline and revenue back to our TrustRadius investment.

TrustRadius for Vendors is a good option for our customers to leave unbiased reviews of their experience. It's a solid solution for brand and reputation management among in-market buyers. We have not yet been able to use TrustRadius as a verifiable lead generation source, but we're hopeful to see this improve soon.

We use TrustRadius for Vendors to generate customer reviews for several reasons, including getting customers' feedback, building customers' testimonials library, identifying prospects for case studies, and promoting our solution as an alternative to our competitors also listed on TrustRadius. We have been using TrustRadius for Vendors for several months and have generated about 13 customer reviews so far. Our product is complex and requires professional implementation. We are still figuring out the proper model for the interview generation campaigns. Unfortunately, our business unit has a startup mentality in a big corporation setup, and we do not have proper support for this product, such as a customer success team that can help us out with this project.

One of our goals is to have customers not only be a reference but leave Tealium a review and have even used reviews to make improvements to our processes that have been mentioned. TrustRadius for Vendors makes it easy to drive reviews and get detailed information from customers on why they like using our products.

TrustRadius for Vendors is great for driving reviews. While the form/questions might be longer than other sites, it gives you a better understanding of what your customers think and how they feel about your products.
